Tracey is the pastry chef and owner of Gluten Free 4 Thee. You may already know her from being the pastry chef and owner of Cafe 8 in Mesa, AZ.

Gluten Free 4 Thee is her new online venture catering to the gluten-free bakery needs of the East Valley, AZ area. All the bakery items in her dedicated gluten-free kitchen start with her love for good wholesome food, making it her goal to bake each item with the highest quality ingredients.

She achieved her degree as a pastry chef in 2005 from the Culinary College of Canada. She created pastries for her restaurant, supplied other restaurants with her delicious creations, and catered many different customers in the Toronto, Canada area from 2003 – 2011. Then she and her family moved to the East Valley, AZ area, where Cafe 8 was born in 2013. She continued her love for baking and found her niche when offering gluten-free pastries at her restaurant. Thus, her new dream of creating gluten-free pastries and now be able to deliver directly to your home, office, or pick-up location.
